The Legacy Society recognizes supporters who have generously made a lasting commitment to the CMS vision.

To become a member of the Legacy Society, you may include CMS (tax ID 36-3203659) in your philanthropic plans by:

Designating CMS as a beneficiary on a life insurance policy, 401k, IRA, or donor advised fund. Simply request a beneficiary form from the administrator of the retirement account or asset you choose.
Naming CMS in a will or trust and choosing a dollar amount or percentage of the assets you want to designate. You may wish to consider using a secure online resource that empowers you to easily create a legally valid will for free, such as FreeWill.com.
Creating a Charitable Remainder Trust, Charitable Lead Trust, Gift Annuity, or other legal instrument which benefits CMS while giving you or your family annual payments. Trust companies or financial planners can help with this.
